We went outside and hung out with the Youngstown Defenders football team 🦉Thank you to Intentional Development Group for the invite to their Outdoor Market. These boys will go out this year and represent the city and restore the pride back into our community around high school football 🏈 Let’s make sure we support our boys this upcoming season!

Let's raise funds for Pedal Forward in celebration of Austin's birthday over the weekend!

Austin has been with our team as a bike tech since 2024. During the first year, he completed hundreds of hours as a volunteer to help us start what would become Pedal Forward. He has a talent and passion for fixing things and has personally repaired hundreds of bikes for our program and bike shop, trained multiple volunteers, and provided recommendations and consultations for some of our best customers. All to say: Austin's efforts have been integral to the success of Pedal Forward.

You can find Austin working on all kinds of bikes in our shop Monday-Wednesday. In addition to his work at Thrive MV, he is part of the team that maintains e-bikes for YoGo Bikeshare, a close community partner - further connecting his efforts to transportation equity and infrastructure advocacy across the Mahoning Valley and in Youngstown.

He loves riding his bicycle all over the Valley. Last week, he broke 1,000 miles this year on his bike "Liza"!
