Good morning to those in GA that check in on what is happening at Blythe on this platform
As of today there will no longer be a
Fuel Call service, out of airport hours. This is due to members of GA not understanding there is a fee to pay for somebody to get out of bed at 2am to pump 5 gallons of 100LL.

Pilot flew in the other afternoon and aborted his initial approach into runway 26 because the glare off the solar array at the end of runway 26..... apparently they tell

News flash. Patton Aviation now has an A & P mechanic who is also a CFI available for repairs or instruction.
Monte Baer from Mission Aviation will be with us for the next 4 months or so.
