Been working with a good buddy, Eldredge Photo and Video, creating a new comical shirt design. Big shout out to him and all the work he has done, check out his work! Catch phrases and slogans are not finalized, so drop a comment for any suggestions. If you have any interest in purchasing this design on a t-shirt, hoodie, or any of my previous merchandise, let me know because I’m currently working with a company for an online store. Here are some fun dives I got to do on a sunken military troop transporter and missile tracking ship called the Vandenberg. The ship is in about 100’ of water at the ships deck, and is 522’ long. It was purposely sunk to create marine habitat and a recreational dive site. Water visibility was decent for the current conditions, according to the locals, but incredible compared to what I’m used to in Maine. I got to see some cool wildlife and swim around a wreck I don’t have to work on! Also, I got the chance to dive the lobster mini season which was awesome!! Forgot how fast they swim when you want to catch them. 🦞

This is a 20’ Grady White that turtled on the mooring (rolled over). The older Grady’s have an issue with the scuppers cracking and take on water until the bilge fails. This is the second one I’ve personally done and have seen it happen a lot. We righted the Grady by pulling it with a larger vessel and then coming along side the partially sunken vessel with a skiff and a pump to get it fully floating. This got a little wild because we were in at least 2-3 footers. Then towed about 12 miles and put on the trailer!! It was a nice sunset tow.

Here’s some pictures from a salvage I did a while back. The 29’ H&H sunk in 60’ of water in March. The water was cold, but made for decent visibility, which I rarely get! Once the vessel was to the surface, Sea Bridge Marine was able to hook onto it and help with pumping the vessel out. Huge shout out to all who helped and feel free to drop any questions about the process!

By no surprise it’s been a poor ice year. Here’s some pictures of a recent four wheeler salvage I did with my underwater drone. Operator got out ok and the salvage went very smooth. Be safe for the rest of the season and feel free to call us if you get into a bind!

Good evening everyone, it’s that time of year again where everyone is excited to get on the hard water. Always check the ice for your safety and what you’re taking out there. If you happen to sink something and need a hand please feel free to get ahold of Days Off Diving. I have all the equipment to get out, sleds, sxs, trucks, boats or whatever you sink. I’ve got an airboat for thin ice events or the side by side and sled for when appropriate. Here’s some pictures of some of my more recent jobs, check out the website or page and ask any questions you might have. Most importantly stay safe!
