This is a very difficult toy drive update for us to give.

Elliott’s health hasn’t been the best. He’s been feeling extremely exhausted, having more headaches, a bigger lack of appetite, and even having trouble regulating his temperature which have all affected his days tremendously.

In an effort to fully focus on him we paused the toy drive.

Our goal was to pause it for a week, maybe two, but it turned into a month.

We’re now in a desperate time crunch to make some pretty big miracles happen for the kid who has shown us they’re possible time and time again.

I told Elliott we probably needed to be finished for the year and accept a final count of 2,378 toys collected for Oklahoma Children’s Hospital.

𝐄𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐭𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐭.

He refuses to accept the possibility of not meeting his original 5,300 toy goal and is also very upset about this being the first year of not beating the previous year’s final count (7,092 last year.)

We are delivering these toys to the hospital on October 13th.

This is the biggest hurdle we’ve faced during our nine years of toy drives but we all know Elliott won’t go down without a fight.

He believes it’s possible and I’ll do anything to make his dreams come true.

Back to school!!!!

Kinley and her siblings started school today. Kinley has been homeschooled for the last year because of her health issues and doc appointments. So here is to a new school, to highschool and to a fresh start for our little family.

Girls day quickly turned into er visit. We have been in here over 5 hours now. She said it felt like you were ripping her heart apart. She is very dizzy regardless of sitting standing or laying down. EKG, xray, bloodwork fluids nose swabs done. Waiting on cardiology to come see her. She has costochondritis. They have tested for mono and did a pots work up. Praying she is okay and gets to go home soon. We are both exhausted and hungry. I HAVE to work tomorrow I can’t afford to miss it. Please send her all the good vibes and prayers and love you can.

Currently Kinley is the only kiddo known to have Castleman's in Oklahoma right now and only the second person in the state with a current diagnosis, I guess she took being called special literally, lol.

As the search for 12-year-old RJ Davis continues, the OSBI is now offering a $5,000 reward for anyone who can confirm RJ’s location, leading to his safe return.

RJ was last seen on January 2, 2026, near Fourth Street and Grand Avenue in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Lil miss has said this so many times over the last year. 😫. She wants to feel supported not told she is lazy or that she needs to change xyz in her routine….specially from the ones that have zero clue about what she feels inside. She isn’t lazy her mind wants to run play sports go here and there but her body says not today. Her body is exhausted while her mind wants to be 13 years old. She may wake up full of energy and the act of getting dressed may be just enough to exhausted her body. She isn’t lazy. She isn’t gaining weight. She isn’t eating too much too little or all junk. She is sick. She is exhausted. She is mentally ready to be a kid but physically unable to. Be kind. Give grace. Don’t assume!

She is home. They were wanting to admit her but she said absolutely not not this time. Ended up being another migraine 😫. Doc gave her cocktail of meds this time to take home just incase she needs it again.

We are in the Er tonight. Within seconds of seeing floaters she lost vision in one eye and within 10 minutes the second eye was losing vision as well. Now she is violently throwing up, can’t see anything but shadows, and extremely hot. She needs some prayers asap!
