Hello all, We have been getting lots of calls about the flooding yesterday. We just want to let everyone know that Black Canyon Storage was NOT flooded! All of your units and RV's weathered the storm very well. We have some standing water in the North Yard (that is draining rapidly), and the key pad was damaged for that yard as well, so if you have a unit in that yard please call the office (623-374-0648) and we will come down and let you in. As soon as it dries out enough we will be fixing the problem. The official total of rain yesterday was 5.56"!
