Overview –

ThinkIndie Warehouse Manager /Warehouse Team Member
Warehouse hours:
M-F, 9am-5pm
Available hours: full and part time

About us:
The Coalition of Independent Music Stores and ThinkIndie Distribution was established in 1995. We are a music marketing coalition for independent record stores nationwide as well as a wholesale distribution company of music related products including vinyl records, cds, and other music accessories.
We are currently seeking dedicated Warehouse Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, ensuring efficient operations and timely fulfillment of orders.

Qualifications/Experience/ Skills: Prior experience in warehouse management is a plus
Proficiency in inventory management techniques
Ability to operate pallet jacks
Strong physical stamina for and materials handling - Ability to lift 50 lbs at times
Computer proficiency required: Windows preferred, Microsoft Office,Shipping software (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL),Netsuite preferred, Google suite
Strong communication skills
Proven organizational skills
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Attention to detail
Takes initiative as a self-starter
Works well with others
Problem solving skills
Positive attitude

Duties/ Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading materials from trucks
Receiving and inspecting product
Processing damaged/ mis-ships for incoming product
Pick, Pack, and Shipping of orders
Managing warehouse inventory
Handling materials with care and precision
Operating pallet jacks for material movement
Warehouse maintenance/cleanliness
Maintaining Warehouse supply levels

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
