Yesterday was a perfect example of why having a REAL travel agent matters. ✈️🌎

My clients experienced a flight delay and decided to fly into BHM instead of HSV. By the time I knew about the delay, they had already worked with Delta to have an Uber covered. The problem? They really didn’t want to Uber.

As they were getting ready to take off on their 30-minute flight, they reached out and asked if a one-way rental car was an option. I told them, “You’ll hear from me when you land.”

I called Delta, worked it out, and arranged the rental car. Before they even had a chance to worry about what to do next, the confirmation was sitting in their email. 🚗✨

THIS is what a real travel agent does.

And honestly? I wish I had known about the delay sooner. Their app didn’t update me in time, but if I had known, I would have been working on a solution before they ever had to ask. 😉

Hey y'all. I just wanted to share Ruby's country count. She's ahead of where I wanted her to be at 9 years old. I said 3 countries a year, hoping to be at 54 by the time she graduates. Covid slowed us down a little, but we caught up. She's been to 32 of 195 countries which is 16% of the world.
