Training goes beyond the classroom at the J&M Academy.
Our newest team members are getting hands-on experience with the equipment, procedures and real-world situations they’ll encounter on the job. The goal is simple: give our drivers the knowledge, experience and confidence they need before they hit the road.
The J&M Academy is a new approach to onboarding and training, with a greater focus on hands-on learning, safety and preparing our drivers for success from day one.
