HONESTY, SAFETY & DOING WHAT'S RIGHT!!!!!
We recently received some incredibly kind feedback from a customer about their moving experience with Tribe Moving, and we couldn't be more grateful! ❤️ They shared how accommodating our crew was from the very beginning, how much we helped make a stressful day easier, and that they would happily recommend us to others. THAT is what it's all about! Thank you for trusting our Tribe!
But their move also gave us an opportunity to talk about something important in the moving industry.
Sometimes, knowing when NOT to move something is just as important as knowing how to move it.
This particular move involved an extremely heavy player piano (and steps), estimated to weigh between 750–900 pounds. As much as we wanted to help, this was not something our team was willing to attempt without the proper specialized equipment.
Our movers are trained, experienced, and capable of handling some pretty challenging jobs. But being a professional moving company means knowing our limits, too. A piano of that size and weight requires the right equipment, proper handling, and a plan to move it safely.
We will never risk damaging a customer's valuable belongings, damaging their home, or putting our crew at risk just to say we moved something.
At Tribe Moving, doing the right thing will ALWAYS matter more than forcing a job that isn't safe to attempt without the proper equipment.
We take pride in being honest with our customers, even when the answer isn't exactly what they hoped to hear. That's part of earning your trust.
