Congrats to Shane on a great buck!!

He ran out of blood and called in Scout for the assist. Buck was shot at 7 yards, step angle and no arrow pass thru. Shane ran out of blood around 125 yards and Scout found his last bed at 225 yards. Super happy with how he is progressing this season!!

INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT:

I will not tolerate, bashing or degrading of shot placements. We are a tracking service, we help those who had a less than ideal shot. If you can't keep your own opinions to yourself and feel the need to spout out something ridiculous regarding another hunters "shot placement", you will be immediately banned from the page. No questions asked, your gone.

As a hunter, we have all had that less than ideal scenario, if you haven't, you haven't hunted long enough or your lying. In the end, a successful recovery is our goal. We want hunters to be excited for the animal they harvest. I'm tired of the the social media critics!

It's such a pleasure tracking for someone again. Dennis first had Willow and I out back in 2022 to find his buck!

Dennis had taken a shot at a deer this time and he found zero and I mean zero signs of even hitting it. He climbed down, inspected the ground, no blood, no arrow, no hair, absolutely nothing. He spent time with a friend scouring the area, nothing. He looked many of yards in the direction the deer took off, nothing. That when Willow came in and brightened his day.

When we arrived he lead us to the shot site, gave us the general idea of his account of the deers heading and off we went. Willow wasted not a drop of time knowing the path of the buck and began sorting him out. She quickly had us lined out and covering ground. In a matter of minutes we had confirmed blood at about 200 yards knowing that Dennis had actually hit the buck. With Willow hot on it, we followed. She covered about 550 yards in 18 minutes and had Dennis holding antlers!

Always appreciate those who have trusted in us in the past, and continue to utilize us when the track gets difficult.

Congrats to Dennis on a great public land buck!

Long days of tracking equal long naps!

After a long day in the woods, it's relaxing to sit in the quiet with dogs napping and take in the work that was put in.

So grateful for those who have called thus far, and looking forward to helping those who need us in the future.

Warm, windy, sunny days doesn't usually include great tracking. Stack that with over 5 hrs of grid searching, including last night and this morning with 3 guys and last blood at roughly 200 yards. I love tracking, I like challenges and Willow likes finding deer.

We knew this deer was dead, just needed to find his trail. I was very honest with the hunter knowing conditions may be difficult but we would give it our all. The last blood grid searched area would be most difficult and possibly timely.

Willow was locked on from the word go! Just over 1000 yards from the shot, she tracked this buck in just under 20 minutes.The hunter was very pleased and thrilled to have his buck in his hands. Thanks for trusting in us!

Willows favorite game...seeking those who are hiding!!

We got a call from another tracker last evening who came to a halt in the track and was unable to advance. They had gain good distance on the track but ultimately came up stumped as to the next direction. Kudos to the tracker for reaching out and giving the hunter the best outcome, knowing his deer was most likely dead.

We showed up about 4 hours after the other team had advanced the line and Willow worked diligently to their last blood. After that she had to grind for a long time, working through multiple people and another dog in the area. About 250 yards away in the opposite direction laid the buck. In the end, she put the pieces together and found a great buck for Elijah.

⚠️ BRUISER BUCK ALERT ⚠️

Huge Congrats goes out to Todd who harvested a beautiful, unique, one of a kind buck!

He said it had some junk on the one side, but walking up to this thing, it's a freak! Willow worked a great line and lead us to the buck about 300 yards away from the shot site.

Of course I tried to get a photo with her and the buck.....she wasn't having it!

We always enjoy getting updates to deer we track and don't find. This one was tracked opening day by Scout and it was pouring down rain, so no visible sign to read or look at.

We only took a line about 150 yards from the shot site and Scout lost interest. I reset him and while visually inspecting the ground for hair or other evidence, he decided he was done getting wet and headed for the truck. As embarrassing as it was I felt he knew the deer wasn't dead.

5 days later, p**f deer back on camera with what looks to be a high back hit. Thanks for updating us!
