Ok , so a lot of people are starting to ask about Ronbonnaroo this year . Every year for the last 10 years I have worked my ass off to give everyone the most awesome outdoor party weekend humanly possible ! Obviously , it's expensive ! I have always tried to give everyone the best bang for the buck without having to charge an arm and a leg for y'all to come . Well , last year I was about 2,500.00 in the red after the show and really needed to cut costs . While costs on everything from bands to lights and stages and sound keep going up ! Now I have been told by the land owners where we have it at that they don't wanna have it there anymore cause the amount of money they get is not enough to justify their risk if someone was to get hurt or something . Which in the last 10 years has never happened but you know , it is what it is . I know everyone that comes each year has a really good time and has always behaved very very well and I'd like to go on and thank you for that now !!! I am looking for a new place to have it but obviously it's not gonna be next month , most likely later in the summer sometime before fall . I apologize to all of you who have came all these years, and had a blast ! and I have really enjoyed putting On This show for you guys !!! With some good luck I will find us another spot and throw ya the best show ever ! Just gimme some time !!!

Ok peeps ! The week of Ronbonnaroo is upon us now !!! and a busy week its gonna be ! If you would like a tie dye T-shirt comment on this post and let me know what size and tomorrow night I will make them up,,, this is the only time I will have to do so :) also, I only have a few white shirts left , they have gone fast !Everyone that's gonna bring campers and RV's I would like for you to be out there and in the gates as early as possible Friday! You can even bring them out Thursday afternoon ! ... I am :) Music starts around 7:00 n I'd like all campers and rv's in place by then. There will be plenty of real good things to eat there so no need to bring a bunch of food , we will even have breakfast served Saturday morning !! DO BRING YOUR LIQUOR THOUGH !!! :)- remind all your friends , family , even strangers ! this weekend it is ON !!! YAY!!!

One week from today ! It's goin down ! Hope y'all are ready ! I will be around all weekend if you have any questions or need shirts or tickets , or Lorie Trout has shirts and Last Call bar n Grill has tickets . Please don't wait till the last minute this next week to get with me ! As you could imagine , I'm gonna be very very busy come mid week ! Catering for this years event is being handled by Kristopher and Christy Hebert with Rollin'Smoke BBQ ! Lemme tell ya , they dont play around wen it comes to good southern BBQ!!! There will be tons of awesome food including BBQ ribs , butts , sandwich's BBQ nachos (which are pretty tasty !) hot dogs corn dogs hamburgers fries ect.ect and cold drinks . I'm getting hungry just writing this post !!! Hah only 20 more days !!! Yaya

If you or your business , would like to be a sponsor to the event this year , here is how it will go as far as what you get for different levels of sponsorship! : Platinum cost 1,500.00 and you will receive 10 weekend passes to the event, 3 rv/camping passes , your company name and or logo on the T-shirts , your name/ logo on all the event flyers, banners in all the stores ect. and newspaper ads that will be everywhere ! I will also announce you and your business to all the crowd from the stage! Gold: cost 1,000.00 you will receive the same as above without the weekend passes .
silver: cost is 500.00 You will get your company name and Logo on all event flyers, banners, and posters that will be in all the stores and at the event! I will announce your company on stage to the people as well ! and you will receive 4 weekend passes and 1 rv pass to the event.
bronze : cost will be 250.00 and will get your company name on the flyers and banners and announced to the crowd during the show ! This will be a great way for you to advertise and get your name out there ! Lots and lots of people will see this stuff lemme tell ya ! :) Any questions just pm or call me and I will help ya out ! Final t-shirt design will be made on April 1st so if ya wanna be on it , that's your deadline !

I've been asked by people about sponsoring and what it entails and what YOU get for sponsorship of the event . What you get for sponsorship of Ronbonnaroo 10 all depends on what level a company or business sponsors in at ! There is Bronze, silver, gold and Platinum . Starting at the bottom with 250.00 for bronze, 500.00 for silver 1,000.00 gold and 1,500.00 Platinum . The more paid in , the more goes out ! Like the company will get a certain amount of free tickets to the event , their name on the flyers , I will talk about them on Fb to all my 4,000 friends ! Put their logo or name on the big banners all over town and Post them up at the event , They will have their name in the paper with the event. Top sponsors will even have their name on the shirts this year !!! I will also announce them at the show and give as much publicity to them as possible ! Plus,, it is a tax write off for all Business sponsors as well !!! this is gonna be the biggest show I have ever done !! So If ya wanna get your company's name out there or know someone who does ,,, message me and I will hook ya up ! T Shirt design and logos will be final April 1st so if ya want your name on the shirt better get with it ! :)
