For Kendra, a successful day at Pace comes down to one thing: making the customer happy.

As a Logistics Supervisor supporting Pace’s Nashville operations, Kendra helps keep the day-to-day moving while supporting her team and working through whatever challenges come their way. When a customer called about missing freight, Kendra and a coworker didn’t stop after searching the Nashville facility. They drove to the customer’s store themselves to make sure every carton was accounted for.

After counting and scanning numerous cartons, they found the missing freight and made sure the customer was taken care of.

That commitment to doing the right thing, supporting her team, and getting the job done is what makes Kendra a Culture Warrior.

As Kendra puts it, “When the customer is happy and has received great service, it makes all the hard work worth it.”
