Southwest One Industrial Park in Benton, Kentucky has over 200+ developable greenfield acres available along with the construction of a new 120,000 sq ft (expandable) Build Ready building pad that is ready and waiting for our region's newest development.

All utilities, including true fiber redundancy, are available at the site. The site is in the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) service region and is served by West Kentucky Rural Electric. All due diligence reporting and studies have been completed. The development has great four lane highway access available from truck network road US Highway 641 that adjacent to the site. US 641 also provides access to Interstate 69 which is 2.3 miles north of the site and Interstate 24 which is accessed 13 miles northeast of the site.
