Is there any local people interested in working on the Lavender farm in Benton today for $15/hour? This would be helping to pull weeds and lay down plastic for our new Lavender plants. Please message me. Thank you 💜

I had a really sweet man order 75 of these personalized soaps for his mother’s Celebration of Life Memorial. She apparently was a lover of lavender like many of us are. Right now they are 40% off in my Etsy shop. Perfect for stocking stuffers, group gifts, bridesmaids or groomsman gifts or any type of gift. (Men like them too because of the few drops of added sandalwood for a neutral, not so sweet scent). This is for purchase on Etsy only. 💜 (the link is in the comments if you are interested)

When I am putting together these boxes I find myself praying for those who will receive it, especially the post surgery healing box. I don’t know them or why they are having surgery but I pray they have a speedy recovery. 💜

A sweet lady ordered 24 of these gift boxes to give to her staff, and it got me thinking… I wish I could get to know each of my Etsy buyers and hear a little bit of their story. 💜

Where does she work? What did her staff do that made her want to gift them something that says, “You’re kind of a big deal”? So many questions! 😊

I may never know the whole story behind each order, but I do know this — it makes me so happy knowing that something we put together here on our little lavender farm is going to make someone else feel special and appreciated.

I really do love getting to be a tiny part of making others happy. 💜

Cute gift idea! Sent this out to a tennis player that was injured and wanted to show her appreciation to the ladies that helped her get back on her feet.💜

Growing Lavender has been such a learning experience. If you read my earlier post, I truly didn’t want anything to do with it at first because it felt overwhelming, another thing added to the “to do list” the “take care of list.” I remember having a bad attitude while planting at 2am in the rain!
Wow have the tables turned. 😆
I think Lavender is what brings me peace, some sanity and some purpose. I truly love it. We are still learning for sure! We have done plenty things wrong, out of order and have simply neglected it at times but thankfully most have survived while we learn on the go! 🤪💜

So many of you came out to enjoy the Lavender. Some of you were die hard and even lingered in the rain. Several of you hung out with us on the porch and just talked. I absolutely loved getting to know you and meet your sweet families and learn a little about you. I told my husband that we should re-name the farm Linger Longer Lavender. 💜

Thank you for your support and thank you to my friends and family who always volunteer their time to help 💜

I have had a couple of you ask where you can find our Lavender products besides our You-Pick days here at the farm. You can find our products at Grit & Grace in Cleveland as well as Lizettes Florals in Ooltewah. Our biggest selection will be on Etsy. 💜 Https://LavenderbyShabo.etsy.com
