Some things at Lava Lake just don’t change. ❤️

This sweet couple stopped by for the first time in many years and started reminiscing about the days they brought their family here — including the fish their kids used to catch.

That sent us digging through the old photo albums…and sure enough, there they were. A little snapshot from their Lava Lake days, still tucked away all these years later.

This is what we love about this place. Generations come and go, kids grow up, years pass — but somehow, Lava Lake has a way of holding onto the memories.

Camping. Fishing. Family. And traditions that stand the test of time.

We’re pretty lucky to be part of a place with this much history.

Anyone else have an old Lava Lake photo tucked away somewhere? We’d LOVE to see it.
