Knife Skills! My students understand that flavor isn't the only thing that makes a dish great. Texture and uniformity are SO important. Your tongue and mouth have to 'feel' the food as much as 'taste' it. And that's where good knife skills come in.
Learn various cuts, safe handling and storage and other fun, important skills in this class. Only 4 more classes through June:
