We removed the existing transom and all foam from this Sea Ark boat. We fixed all the damage due to the foam. We replaced the transom with one that will last forever. We also added a tunnel with a set of flotation pods and installed the customer supplied poling platform.

This was another bare hull rebuild turning this plain Lowe 1648 into the boat of the customers dreams! Fully equipped with a rear deck with tunnel built in, low water pickup system and jack plate for the ultimate shallow water experience. Leaning post, console, safety railing, flooring and massive storage makes this an awesome boat! We completely reconfigured the interior of the boat to exactly what the customer wanted and finished it with paint.

This was a neat build that was done in 2 waves. Approximately a year ago our customer from North Carolina brought us down this Alweld to reconfigure the rear deck for him. We left everything else stock. This year, he brought us the boat for a complete overhaul of the rest! Including floor and floor foam removal and a complete reconfigure of the floor plan as well as converting his tiller Honda to a center console setup for him using his existing seat. It turned out great!

This was a neat build that was done in 2 waves. Approximately a year ago our customer from North Carolina brought us down this Alweld to reconfigure the deck for him. We left everything else stock. This year, he brought us the boat for a complete overhaul of the rest! Including floor and floor foam removal and a complete reconfigure of the floor plan as well as converting his tiller Honda to a center console setup for him using his existing seat. It turned out great! Sure was a challenge to round up all the Honda parts for this build!!!
