Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well.

We are excited to announce that COP-A-SQUAT Food Truck Lot will officially open on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, featuring
Fire House Subs from 11 AM to 2 PM. Please mark your calendars come have a great lunch and support this small business.

This season will look a little different from last year. I will not be contacting vendors to come every day. Instead, we plan to open the lot once or twice a week. I know that eating vendor food every day isn't financially feasible for many of us, and it's not fair to the vendors when business slows down. By opening less frequently, I hope to ensure that all vendors do well on the days they are here.

If any vendors would like to add COP-A-SQUAT to their schedule, please reach out to me. I’m starting to book vendors for the 2025 season.

Happy New Year! 🥳

A sincere thank you to our dedicated vendors and customers, who have made our opening 2024 season such a remarkable success!

As we look ahead to 2025, we are contemplating a reopening in May with a 2-3 day per week schedule, showcasing Mondays for CAS's Mingle on Main, as well as Food Truck Fridays!
