The Manifold System

Some hulls can’t take uneven loading. Lift one point too hard and you risk bending the structure or breaking seals.

That’s where our manifold system comes in. It controls air pressure across every roller bag in the system and holds each one within half a PSI of setpoint.

Once the vessel is lifted clear of the blocking, the manifold keeps pressures consistent while the blocks come out. From there it manages a controlled deflation. No point loading, no surprises.

That level of control is what makes difficult haul-outs, launches, and recoveries possible.

Hauling something that size out of one pond, transporting it, and then setting it accurately into another pond isn’t just about moving weight; it’s all about planning, ground conditions, transport logistics, lifting points, and precise positioning. Jobs like that usually take a lot of coordination between operators, riggers, transport crews, and supervisors to get everything lined up safely.

365 tonnes, 35m long. We hauled it from the pond, transported it to site, then positioned it into its new pond location. A great effort from everyone involved to get it moved safely and accurately.
