I'd like to take a moment and thank our driving and dispatch staff. They are some of the nicest people you want to meet. Their work ethic and commitment to Belding residents is something to smile about. But we need your help, we need more drivers to meet the growing demand for our services. The City of Belding, Dial-A-Ride is accepting applications for a part-time driver 30-35 hours per week. Job qualifications are the following; applicant must possess a chauffer’s license or have the ability to obtain one. Candidate must have an excellent driving record, be able to under go random drug testing as required, work well with the public, and the ability to learn the bus routes. You can apply at city hall or at the Depot at 100 Depot St., Belding, just stop at the front desk and ask for an application for this position. Or you can email a resume to [email protected]
