BCC Freight Haulers, Inc. is a small, independently owned full truckload brokerage company located in Beebe, AR. We have been in business for 17 years and have excellent reputation in the industry. The transportation industry is poised to explode in the next year. To prepare for this, we are expanding our brokerage operation staff. This company has been built on excellent business ethics.

Education is must as well, not so much formal education, but continued education. This position will require someone that is constantly working to improve themselves and their company in the process. Please review the list below to get a better idea of the freight broker duties:
- Book Freight
- Manage assigned customer and carrier relationships.
- Negotiate rates with customers and carriers.
- Find available carriers/assign carriers to freight.
- Dispatch and track loads through entire process.
- Generate business leads.
-Acquire new customers and increase business revenue with existing customers.
