Boston is doing something right.

Travelers at Boston's Logan International Airport report minimal wait times at TSA checkpoints, while other major U.S. airports face hours-long delays.

Bedford Rides is looking for someone who is interested in some periodic seasonal or part-time work as a driver for my passenger transportation service.
School vacation weeks are always the busiest times of year and I would like to find a mature and experienced driver, preferably familiar with driving in and around Boston, perhaps a retiree, who could use a little extra cash to assist in driving my shuttle vehicles. Hourly pay plus tips. Car and all vehicle expenses provided.
If you have anyone in mind, please reply, share, or send me a private message. Thanks!

Logan is a 12-year-old student at McKelvie. In 2015, his parents Tim and Luciana Petz found out Logan (3 years old at the time) had been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Over the years, The Petz family has taken an active role raising awareness. During that time, they quickly learned they were not alone, meeting families and fellow Firefighters from across the Country dealing with the same devastating diagnosis. As a result, Firefighters on a Mission (FOAM) was established to help those on their journey towards a cure.

Through Firefighters on a Mission, his parents Tim and Luciana have helped a number of first responder families affected by Duchenne with medical equipment, medical travel, and accessible vehicles. Logan lost his ability to walk 2 years ago and now it's his turn to ask for help.

They're hosting a fundraiser to raise money for an accessible van at 603 Brewery on Saturday, May 25th from 5-9 p.m. It's going to be a great night with cold drinks, great food, door prizes, 50/50 raffle, silent auction, live music, and lots of fun! Bring your family and friends! Tickets are $125 donation per person and are tax deductible. Only a limited number of tickets available so get yours today!

For tickets, go to www.FoamUSA.org - Click on the “Donate” button and write “Logan’s Fundraiser” in the comment section.

If you can't attend the event, please consider making a donation today at that same website!

Thank you for supporting this Bedford family!
