Dispatch will take requests as early as snow is forecast. Being early with your call puts you higher on the list. Texts and calls taken between 5am and midnight. There needs to be a contact person on the job site or prepayment can be made by phone in cases of taking care of elderly persons or a rental property, vacation homes, etc. Payment accepted at completion of job by cash, check or Credit Card

Heads up Northern VA. You can call ahead and be on the top of the list for snow clearing. When we *Do* get snow Once there is enough to clear, confirmation calls will go out and then the Big Oaf will be there to take care of it for you.

In a week, the cold pattern should become entrenched.
