The world famous Panorama Route is always a favorite on KapuAfrica Travel Golden Triangle.

The Panorama Route is on our Golden Triangle trips because Africa isn’t just about what you see on safari — it’s about the places that take your breath away along the way. Think: Olive oil tasting, hiking in the mountains, visiting working farms, how about just plain relaxing before a long flight home?

We were SO close to these elephants that you could hear them breathing, see every wrinkle in their skin, and watch those enormous ears gently moving, and hear the baby trip and almost fall down the small hill!

Sitting quietly in an open safari vehicle with nothing between you and the elephants is one of those moments where everyone suddenly goes silent.

This is why I love bringing my guests to Sabi Sands. It’s not just about seeing wildlife — it’s about being there. Feeling it. Experiencing Africa up close and in the most natural way possible.

This is A More Authentic safari. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

2026 Impact Challenge winner! -Collection

Out of more than 80 innovative solutions put forward to help build stronger conservation economies across Africa, Wildernss are excited to announce that Ele-Collection has been named the winner of the 2026 Wilderness Impact Challenge. As a result, they will receive USD100,000 in financial support, alongside strategic guidance from the Wilderness Trust, to help scale their impact.

Based in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, Ele-Collection turns a growing environmental problem into economic opportunity: women-led teams earn an income recovering plastic, which is then transformed into eco-aggregate for the construction industry.

This is circular innovation where waste becomes a resource, conservation creates livelihoods, and an idea that’s already making a big local impact has the potential to spread even further afield.

One of my absolute favorite days in Victoria Falls -
starting the day zip-lining through the Batonka Gorge on the Zimbabwe side and then heading across to Zambia for an unforgettable experience at the 5-star Elephant Café.

Knowing that by being there, we’re helping support their conservation and education efforts makes the whole experience mean so much more.

These are the experiences I love sharing with our KapuAfrica guests. A little adventure, a little luxury, and hopefully leaving a place just a little better than we found it.
