Just got off the phone with JCAD.
They tried to tell me my land value went up & tried to reference a lot in my neighborhood.

I was happy to tell them that lot was sold 4 years ago, that is not comparable to today’s market value.

They need to use comparable property within 6 months.

If someone would have told me being a Realtor meant I had the opportunity to get free brisket, win gift cards & hang out with some cool people I would have started right out of high school.

I really had no idea this was what life was going to look like when I started. Over the years I’ve met some of my very best friends, had so much fun, helped so many people. At all these events we go to we say a blessing. My friends at my office are also my friends at church. God is good!
