Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair outboard engines and marine systems
Perform routine maintenance and service work
Rigging and installation of outboards and marine accessories
Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
Maintain clean, organized work areas
Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
Qualifications
Experience working on outboard motors (Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, etc. preferred)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Marine technician certifications are a plus but not required
