Rock Salt - a ‘97 Ricky Scarborough
A 47’ juggernaut in the works.

The crowd came to us with their vision of this already masterfully crafted - details and focus on a modern upgrade to pre-existing power and performance.

And so, we got to work.

Sam and family, Amelia and Mark have been an absolute pleasure to work with during this reconstruction. We look forward to sharing our progress with all of you as the Rock Salt is reborn.

This is - a project we took on months ago with a vision of an interior restructure and DNA enhancement. A full modification and alteration of power, design, comfort and intelligence.

Our crew built up from a blank canvas after gutting down below. We went back with a tricell on structural walls and cabinets for lighter weight and noise reduction. Cherry veneer was used throughout the interior to offer a clean finish and chic look. Raised panel style doors were replaced with flat panels in the salon. Additionally, western dovetail drawers were designed and used within the interior. Varnish was applied and perfected by .

The modern look throughout is a combination of whisper wall and headliners, while the clean and supportive flooring is Nautikflor - installed by Golden Carpet & Tile. Crystal Coast Interiors are the talent behind all the couches and mattresses. As to be able to appreciate all of this in a climate controlled environment, self contained Dometic A/C units were installed throughout.

Full repower below with MAN Engine install. A Furuno CSH-10 Omni Sonar added. Electronics upgrade and full power rewiring.
