Thanks to Mr Cody Brantley for bringing me in his ‘97 model Aquasport! Couple issues with this boat that needed taking care of. First off, please NEVER EVER EVER think its a good idea to spray automotive clearcoat on your boat. It will look good at first, but then will start to peel away and is a nightmare to get off. Ended up taking all of the vinyl stickers off and coming back and removing all of the glue residue. Sanded the entire hull down to remove the oxidation, and then sanded down all the way to 280grit to remove all of the clearcoat and then all the way back up to a 3000 to bring it back to a smooth finish. A 7 step sanding process. Then came back with a dual stage compound, followed by a polish and a sealer. This boat really made a huge turnaround on appearance! No more flaking off clearcoat!

Doing some upkeep on a customers boat last night and this morning! Touched up a few places from everyday normal use, cleaned the hull, polished the hull, and then came back with 2 layers of sealant. Good for another 5-6 months now! Ready for the water this weekend!

Thanks to Mitchell Johnson for letting me do his boat over the weekend! Went and picked it up Friday and had it finished by lunch on Saturday. Heavy oxidation on the hull and you can see from the pictures. Also removed some of the ghost stickers along the hull from the previous owner. A full wet sand, dual stage compound and a sealer! He’s good to go now for another 5-6 months!

Big thanks to Lucas Barbour for bringing me his 24’ Century! Boat was pretty heavily oxidized all along the hull and on the gunnel walls on the inside. Did a 5 stage wet sand, dual stage compound, a polish and a wax on the hull. 3 stage wet sand, dual stage compound, a polish and a wax throughout the inside to remove all scuffs and scratches to bring it back to a shine. Finished it up with doing an aluminum cleaning on his trailer. All fixed up for the fishing rodeo now!

Thanks to Jeremy Lambert for bringing me his 19’ SeaRay! Boat was starting to show signs of oxidation about halfway back down the hull as you can see from some of the ‘before’ pictures. Thanks to Mr Dylan Godwin for bringing me his nice 21’ Nauticstar! Inside was very dull along the gunnel walls and all around the center console. Brought it back to a shine then applied a nice layer of paste wax! Went ahead and waxed the hull as well so the outside would match as well. Now she’ll be all ready for the trip to Tampa!

Big thanks to Mr Daniel Lores for bringing in his fine looking Sportsman! Had a good bit of oxidation from the reflection off of the fenders. Wet sanded everything down to get rid off all of the oxidation, did a few stages of compound to smooth everything out, a polish, and then a wax! Black boats sure are a ton of work but boyyy dont they look good!
