Tyler has been behind the wheel since 2012 and has been part of the Go-To Transport team for the past year and a half. When asked what he loves most about truck driving, his answer was simple: “When the kids do the arm pump!”

Meet Jason M., who manages Go-To Transport’s Cross Dock and Romulus office. Since joining the team in 2015, Jason has played a key role in keeping operations running efficiently—from coordinating daily orders and inventory to ensuring every load is processed safely and on time.

What Jason enjoys most is the fast-paced rhythm of the day, describing it as an “organized chaos” that comes together through teamwork, planning, and problem-solving.

One of his proudest accomplishments has been developing standard operating procedures for customers, finding the safest and most efficient way to get every job done.

Outside of work, you’ll find Jason spending time with family, lifting weights, cooking, or catching a well-earned nap.

Michigan’s been seeing some wild skies lately, thick smoke rolling in from the Canada wildfires and air quality dropping fast. 🚛

For our drivers, that means extra caution: recirculation mode on, windows closed, and visibility checks before every route.

We move freight safely, even when the air doesn’t cooperate.

Today we celebrate an incredible career and wish Phil all the best as he begins his retirement.

After 36 years with Go-To Transport, Phil is closing an extraordinary chapter. Starting his journey as an Accountant before becoming our HR Director for many years, Phil has been a dedicated leader, trusted colleague, and an important part of our company’s success.

When asked what he’ll remember most, Phil shared, “It’s been a good company. There have been lots of challenges, and I’ve never been bored.” That dedication, resilience, and positive outlook have left a lasting impact on everyone who has had the opportunity to work alongside him.
