Important RC FLEX 🚘 / BCGo App Update 📱

As we prepare for service changes taking effect on July 1, riders may notice a few temporary changes within the BCGo app.

At this time, trips can only be booked for travel between now and June 30. While our system normally allows riders to schedule trips up to two weeks in advance, booking requests for dates beyond June 30 have been temporarily paused to ensure a smooth transition to our new service area and fare structure.

Beginning July 1, riders will once again be able to schedule trips up to two weeks in advance.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this transition.

Beginning July 1, RC FLEX service will be available within and between the cities of Albion, Battle Creek, Marshall and Springfield.

Riders may continue using RC FLEX once they are within the eligible service area, but trips must begin and end within Albion, Battle Creek, Marshall or Springfield.

This change follows the conclusion of the BCGo pilot program, which was fully funded through an MDOT grant. That grant funding has now ended, and service must align with the communities currently supporting TACC through local millage funding.

We understand this may affect some riders, and Ride Calhoun has already begun directly contacting impacted individuals to help answer questions and provide support through this transition.

If you have questions or need help understanding your options, please contact Ride Calhoun to connect with our Mobility Manager.
