COPIED FROM GROUP PAGE :
This will be the Mantra, for the remainder of the week, along with the route info. Please make sure you talk about it with anyone in your immediate area upon arrival to Cortana Saturday. Making sure this many people get the memo. Impossible.

Baton Rouge Police will be providing road blockage for ride.

HYDRATE! I hope you started yesterday.

Vehicle maintenance -- it's hot, it will be long (time not miles). Make sure your vehicle is ready.

This is RAIN OR SHINE! Right now the prediction is for scattered showers. It is Louisiana, which means there is no way any one of us have the magic crystal ball to know whether it will rain or not. Be prepared for either.

Line up will begin at 4:30 p.m. or when people get there. Look for Hero One, or if the lines are long just get in your appropriate line.

We will have a Blessing said by Pastor Terry Lobell from Riding in the Wind Ministries at 5:25 p.m. There will be no way for every one to hear. Please attempt silence at this time and if you choose, say a silent prayer for the safety of the ride and all riders.

We will depart at 5:30 p.m. No exceptions.

ROUTE:

We will depart from Cortana Mall, on Centerway onto Westbound Florida Blvd.

Hero One will Lead, followed by the 9-1-1 Frisard Truck. There will be a few motorcycles and vehicles of families that have been identified as having fallen or injured officers that will follow the 9-1-1 truck.

The Frisard Fallen Hero truck will follow that group.

Then Motorcycles (2 and 3 wheel types)

Then Cages (4 wheel vehicles)

We will continue westbound on Florida Blvd utilizing all lanes -- IMPORTANT INFO:

BIKES: If you are in the far left lane, 2 bikes staggered for motorcycles. Stagger single bikes center and right lanes until N. Foster Dr. It goes from 3 lanes to two lanes and we need the right lane to merge into 2 bikes staggered right lane. Please, you see the size of the group just here. We will have people that are not going to get the memo. Use courtesy and common sense if you have someone trying to merge over at this spot.

JEEPS, single left lane, stagger center and right lanes until N. Foster, allow merging when goes to 2 lanes.

If you do not plan to attend the rally, you may wish to attempt to be in the left lane early on in the departure. Upon reaching 4th Street, downtown, everyone will need to turn right onto 4th if you are going to the rally. If you DO NOT wish to join the rally, continue westbound on Florida to River Rd.

Upon reaching Spanishtown, you can go right or left and along side the roadways leading to the Capital. Find parking where you can - DO NOT BLOCK ROADWAYS FOR TRAVEL.

Thanks for everything and please attempt to spread the word. This includes once you arrive at Cortana make sure everyone in your immediate area understands what is expected and got the "memo".

Who's ready??? The count down is officially on!

Another Special Guest announcement. And actually it is two, but I only have a picture of one.

Frisard Trucking is bringing TWO trucks for the ride to the Capital! This one and the 9-1-1 truck.
I'm seeing pages and events created from other areas of people planning to join this ride.

Ladies and Gentlemen, please prepare yourself for the biggest and best ride to the Capital that this entire country has yet to see!!! I am predicting well over 1,000 riders. Probably pushing 1,500, if not more.
So back to the point I am going to make over and over this week --- HYDRATE! Start now.

🔷Hello everyone!! Just wanted to say once again how excited we are with the overwhelming response for this rally and how humbled we are by the number of people who have offered their services in some way!! THANK YOU just doesn’t say enough!! We can’t wait to see the numbers show up in support of our Law Enforcement on Saturday! No doubt this event is going to be one for the books!! We are still finalizing a few things, but I will be giving a detailed plan of events on Wednesday for the rally. We have some amazing singers, pastors, and speakers lined up to help us make this a truly unforgettable experience!

🔹I’ve been asked by some if off duty officers can attend. ABSOLUTELY and we hope that any and all that can make it, PLEASE do!! This is for YOU, our awesome Law Enforcement, and we not only want you to know how much you are supported, but actually SEE and FEEL how much you are supported!!!
