Carlisle County River Trails are open to the public year round. ATV and side-by-sides are required to purchase permits to ride on the designated county roads. $75 for a year or $10 a day. These are available at Carlisle County dispatch office 24/7. Questions, contact this telephone number 270-628-5420.
