Lindsy Lawson, Career Development Specialist
With nearly three years of service at KCEOC Kentucky Career Center, Lindsy is dedicated to helping students discover their strengths, explore career opportunities, and build a plan for their future. She works closely with high school students throughout Knox County, providing career guidance, workforce development services, work-based learning opportunities, and career planning support.
Lindsy is passionate about helping young people identify their goals and connect those goals to meaningful education, training, and employment opportunities. Through her work, she has helped hundreds of students develop career plans and gain valuable workplace experience, preparing them for success after graduation.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lindsy recently completed her master's degree while continuing to serve students and maintain a full workload. Her commitment to education, service, and personal growth reflects the same dedication she brings to the individuals and communities she serves every day.
Outside of work, Lindsy enjoys spending time with her family, serving alongside her husband in ministry as a pastor's wife, reading, traveling, and spending time with her mini Goldendoodle, Milo. She finds her greatest fulfillment in encouraging others, building relationships, and helping people realize their potential.
