Two heavy lift fire fighting helicopters on standby at Banning Municipal Airport, we are so lucky to have an Airport in the pass area to support this and all of necessary Aviation from flight training, law inforcement, and medical transport, Banning Airport can be a life saver.

Up date on Wednesday July 17th meeting at the Banning Municipal Airport has been canceled by the City of Banning, and is supposed to be rescheduled for August, the reason for cancelation was because some city staff couldn't make it, I'm sorry for any inconvenience, I will update with the August date and time when I know more, Harry Sullivan.

Friends of Banning Airport, it's a sad day when greedy people will jeopardize not just the safety of the flying public but also the safety of the people on the ground in the Banning Pass area, thousands of aircraft fly through the Banning Pass every year, if an inflight emergency happens Banning Municipal Airport (KBNG) can save lives, I personally know of 2 aircraft in the last couple years that had too use the airport because a loss of power, with out BNG they would have had to make an off field landing that could have ended with death and destruction to the aircraft as well as soles on the ground. Senator Padilla Democrat feels that the profit of big business is more important than yours and the flying public safety, attached is the Bill, at the last minute, he added to the massive FAA Reauthorization Bill, if you are as outraged as me let him know your feelings.

Everyone showing a Palm Desert driver’s license or utility bill gets free admission! Enjoy all 91,000 square feet of climate-controlled exhibit space, and the over 75 flying and static aircraft representing World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, and the newest Stealth Fighter F-117 Nighthawk inside the James R. Houston Pavilion.

Patrons must show a form of proof that live inside the city of Palm Desert to receive free admission. 🏃🏻‍♂️ AND REMEMBER, KIDS UNDER 12 ARE FREE WITH AN ADULT-PAID ADMISSION!

Again, the City is trying to shut us down.... notice the out of date information and the miss-information used to justify their actions.
Good on you Harry Sullivan for making your voice heard.
The reason they have empty hangars, is because they refuse to rent them out. Everywhere else has a three year waiting list.
