Dear Globe Coffee is hiring part-time baristas to support events and farmers markets and/or café shifts at our Baltimore cafe. Part time and/or seasonal.
$15-17 per hr based on experience. Willing to train if you like coffee, are people friendly, and show up!
Sales and events-Hiring experienced specialty coffee barista to run espresso bar and sales at farmers markets and events, preference -ability to drive a van.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident and can working independently and with a team, brings great hospitality, and can represent our brand out in the community.
Pay + Schedule
- Pay:$18-22/hour (negotiable based on experience)
- Type:Part-time
- Required availability: Saturday priority
( café shift and/or markets/events)
- Additional shifts: some weekdays at cafe needed; occasional sundays and evening Markets/events
Responsibilities
- Work café barista shifts (espresso, milk steaming, customer service, cleanliness)
- Set up, run, and break down mobile coffee service at farmers markets and events
- Handle payments (Square/POS), cash, and basic sales tracking
- Load/unload supplies; keep bar/mobile setup organized
- Maintain food safety and equipment care
Requirements
- Barista experience strongly preferred (espresso + milk steaming)
-great communication skills and working with the public
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license + ability to drive a van
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and calm in busy service
