Kaleb is getting the lumber storage area organized. At the old shop, most of our lumber was stored outside under custom made truck tarps. It worked, but it was really slow to shuffle units. Here at the new shop, 80% of our lumber is stored under cover. Only the rarely used stuff is under tarps. It's so nice!

We had some beautiful genuine teak paneling coming off the moulder this week. Grateful for the opportunity to work with teak.

We had to order in carbide knives for this run. Our high speed steel knives that we use for oak and poplar won't cut it with teak. It'll dull the knives in 100lf or so.

Team work makes the dream work. Carlos and Pat are rounding over the ends of these boards. Evick is inspecting and cutting them to length. Larz is setting up a moulder for the next run. And Kaleb is keeping the moulder fed with some beautiful eased edge white oak
