Customers make an appointment with their service center and enter the details in our online “REQUEST A DRIVER” form (minimum 72 hours in advance). A driver will contact the customer (a minimum of 24 hours in advance) to con

firm the request and coordinate trip details. On appointment day the driver will pick up the customer’s vehicle at the time and place agreed, deliver it to the service appointment, and return it at the time and place agreed (pick up and return locations can be different).
