Vic and Al's

Vic and Al's New Cajun restaurant with a menu based on cochon de lait, slow-roasted suckling pig. Many items like Vic & Al’s will open in Scoot Inn sometime in March.

Matt and Nic Patrizi, the cousins behind Patrizi’s, the Italian pasta food truck, are expanding with a new trailer focused on Cajun food. The duo is converting Jalopy’s old truck into a kitchen. The Cajun array will be based on cochon de lait, slow-roasted suckling pig. The meat will become the base for many dishes like gumbos, rillettes, and boudins. The truck will also work on making items, like cheese, in-house. Scope out the full menu below, and look out for daily specials.
