What happens when you mix teamwork, snow, and way too much hot chocolate? A legendary ski trip, that's what! 🎿⛷️

This past weekend, our team took to the slopes for some much-needed bonding, laughs, and of course, epic wipeouts (you know who you are!). From mastering the bunny hill 🐇 to pretending we knew what we were doing on the black diamond runs (we really didn’t), we had a blast both on and off the mountain.

Our amazing CSR team took on an escape room challenge this week — and crushed it!

It was a great opportunity to work together, get to know each other better, and most importantly, have some fun outside the office. Teamwork, communication, and a few good laughs made it an event to remember!

Dave McWilliams, Director of Transportation for ACMD, emphasizes that drivers truly are the backbone of this industry, and it’s important to recognize their hard work and dedication. “At Acme, we put a lot of effort into making this week special,” he says. “Each day we do something different to show our appreciation—whether it’s giving out hoodies or shirts, providing lunch, or handing out gift cards, gloves, lunch boxes, or flashlights. We like to get creative in finding ways to remind our drivers that they are the best in the business and truly irreplaceable.”
