ChampRack is a truss-based pickup bed rack system designed to:

Using black powder-coated mild steel components measuring between .083 to 3/16 inches thick, ChampRack is durable and strong. It can be configured with two 19-inch deep shelves on both sides, with each shelf capable of holding up to 200 lbs of evenly distributed goods. In all, the ChampRack system provides up to three levels of storage plus room for small parts thanks to the included Small Parts Storage Bin Shelf and 12 Plastic Parts Bins. (A second Small Parts Storage Bin Shelf and Plastic Parts Bins are available options.) The design also leaves ample room for 4 x 8-foot sheet goods or other flat or rolled materials on the open bed floor. Through efficient use of the available pickup truck bed space under the cap, ChampRack provides an outstanding 180 percent increase in usable storage space, giving contractors and crews much-needed additional room for materials and equipment. The ChampRack system fits under most or all commercial-style caps, is designed to provide easy access via the cap’s van-style rear doors or side lift-up doors, and can be installed either before or after cap installation. Easy access to goods and tools by way of the cap’s rear and side doors means the system also minimizes or eliminates repetitive climbs into and out of the bed. This also helps reduce time lost to injury or fatigue. Anyone using today’s popular work vans with stand-up work space knows the leg, knee, hip and back strain and fatigue associated with repeated climbs into the cargo area for a tool or part. WILL ChampRack FIT MY TRUCK? ChampRack is designed to work in any full-size pickup truck bed with a commercial-style bed cap that has van-style rear doors and lift-up, side-access doors. Designed to maximize space in full-size, eight-foot-long pickup truck beds, the ChampRack system works best with commercial caps with at least 23 inches of interior height. At 72 inches in length, the ChampRack system provides two feet of open space at the rear of the bed for larger items such a pressure washer, commercial sprayer, table saw, etc. The 72-inch length also means ChampRack will fit in smaller six-foot-long truck beds. ChampRack comes in two width options: 61 ¾ and 62 ¾ inches. This not only ensures ChampRack will fit in nearly all truck beds, it also accommodates beds that are tapered. For proper fitment, it is recommended to measure the bed width six feet back from the cab, which will account for any tapering. The ChampRack system is easy to install, comes in four boxes, and can be installed in 60 to 90 minutes by one person. Designed as ready-to-assemble components, it can be set up after the cap is installed.
