Are you adaptable, customer-focused, and enjoy a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team, rotating day-time shifts. This role involves working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule: 3 days one week and 4 days the next.

Key Responsibilities:
Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential.
Organizational Skills: Must excel in organization, prioritization, and time management.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to coordinate with drivers and handle incoming calls efficiently. You will manage 15-19 drivers and handle over 75 calls daily.
Geographical Knowledge: Excellent map-reading skills and thorough knowledge of the CSRA area are required.
Customer Focus: A genuine love for helping people and delivering quality service.
Willingness to Learn: Open to continuous learning and improvement.
