Utilizing the latest technology, our team of professionals provide superior service to our customers, safely and efficiently. What are the requirements for being a driver at PTP Transport, LLC? We follow the guidelines outlined in the FMSCA
• 18-21 years of age, must be 21 years of age to cross state lines
• We prefer three years over-the-road verifiable experience (3 years out of the past 5 years
driving commercial vehicle)
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class A)
• No moving violations in last 12 months
• No driving under the influence (DUI/DWI) citations
• Must pass Federal Department of Transportation Road Test
• Must pass Federal Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol tests
• Must pass Federal Department of Transportation Physical Requirements
• Must pass job assessment test (functional capacity test)
What is the compensation like?
• Our drivers average $.62 per mile in total compensation. This includes Stop pay, Safety Bonus’, orientation pay, minimum pay

• 2017 or newer Freightliner automatics.

• Monthly newsletter sent to all drivers via e-mail to pass on any communications, policy changes, memos, or any pertinent information
How am I paid?
• All drivers are paid weekly on completed trips, payroll is calculated on Monday for the previous week and paid Friday
What am I paid for?
• Drivers are paid all miles, each driver has a loaded and empty mileage rate.
• Stops excluding the origin and destination
• Downtime approved by dispatcher
• If you qualified for a Safety bonus you will be paid it according to the guidelines of the bonus
• Sign- on bonus if you qualified for a sign on bonus according to the guidelines of the bonus
• Referral bonus if you qualified for a referral bonus according to the guidelines of the bonus
• Breakdowns are paid according to policy
• Bereavement is paid according to policy
• Vacations are paid according to policy
• Orientation pay
