We do not require special certifications, but we do prefer carriers who have held their operating authority for at least one year. The most critical requirement for becoming a Spring Logistics carrier partner is insurance compliance.

DOT Blitz Week is here. This year's International Roadcheck is focusing on two key areas that all carrier partners should have on their radar:

1. ELD Tampering and Falsification: Inspectors will be reviewing drivers' records of duty status closely, with a specific focus on false or manipulated ELD entries.

2. Cargo Securement: Improper or inadequate load securement poses a serious risk. Unsecured materials can become dislodged or fall from the vehicle, creating roadway hazards and increasing the risk of crashes.

Inspectors are available to help drivers and motor carriers ensure they meet all cargo securement requirements and are informed on hours-of-service regulations in their jurisdictions. For more information visit roadcheck.org.
