Well, we’ve sailed one final trip this spring tog season and unlike most years where the fishing at the end of the month is better this year that was not the case

The whole April season was pretty lackluster with the very cold water temps and we just never found a good bite of keeper fish

Our final trip of the season we had some shorts and just a single keeper on our first couple drops and then unfortunately resetting on our third drop we blew a hydraulic line to our anchor hauler and had to call it a season

We can’t thank everybody enough for your support and we really enjoy coming down to our winter home and seeing everybody year after year

We will be back in town next November starting the season with a couple of Seabass trips on November 14 and 15th, and then we will start tog Fishing from November 16 on.

We do plan on working in some Seabass trips every week until the new year so keep your eyes open for that schedule

Well, it looks like the weather gods are gonna give us one or two more chances at sailing before Tog season closes

Wednesday and Thursday look like beautiful days and if we have enough interest, we would love to sail

This weekend’s weather is looking, doubtful that we will sail and beyond that we will see how it shapes up
