Usually I’m the one doing the planning, but this time Mr. B had it ALL handled! 🥰 He surprised me with a concert date and weekend getaway, and I had absolutely NO clue what he had up his sleeve.

We pulled up to the hotel, and I was still clueless… until I saw MASTER P walking out! 😳😂 I couldn’t get my camera ready fast enough, so that picture lives in my memory. But later, while grabbing a bite to eat, Mannie Fresh walked by and baby, I caught THAT picture! 📸🙌🏾

The highlight? Being transported right back to my teenage years with some of my favorites Cash Money, No Limit, and of course, Boosie Badazz! 🎶🔥 My teenage self was having a TIME!

Good music, good food, a little celebrity spotting, and a husband who planned the whole thing himself. Mr. B, you did your BIG ONE! ❤️

A great weekend and another reminder that a quick getaway can turn into some of your favorite memories. This Bland Voyages girl went from mundane to marvelous without even touching the itinerary! ✨

Y’all ever gotten off an international flight and had to walk through Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson? No? Well, let me tell you… 😩

You land in Atlanta, but apparently you gotta walk the rest of the way home. Moving walkways, escalators, long hallways… and somehow you STILL ain’t there!

By the time you reach baggage claim, you’ve lost three pounds, repented twice, and about gave up on it all. 😭😂

I make NO apologies when flying. I pay for a window seat because I don’t typically use airplane bathrooms, and I don’t like getting up. 😂

But for the love of all things holy, if you’re in the middle seat, PLEASE don’t reach across me to open the window shade. You bought the middle seat, not inspector access to my window. 😩✈️
