The view has changed, but the heart of the park remains.

Over the past 30 years, Atlanta has grown and changed around Centennial Olympic Park. The skyline has reached higher, the landscape has matured, and new landmarks have become part of the view.

The park has remained a gathering place in the heart of downtown through it all, creating a front-row seat to three decades of Atlanta’s story.

From the very beginning, Centennial Olympic Park was built to bring people together.

During the summer of 1996, music and live performances filled the park as visitors from around the world gathered in the heart of Atlanta. In the years that followed, that stage welcomed hometown icons, major celebrations, and unforgettable moments that became part of the park’s story.

From the Olympic Games to Super Bowl celebrations, the FIFA Fan Festival and everything in between, the crowds and stages have changed, but the park has remained a place where Atlanta comes together.
