✈️ From the flight deck of a Delta A350 to the excitement of the Oshkosh air show, this day had it all. Our Propel affiliates had the opportunity to experience a behind-the-scenes look at one of Delta’s flagship aircraft before exploring flight schools and connecting with members of the aviation community throughout AirVenture 2026. Thanks, Oshkosh, for another unforgettable experience!

Another successful Welcome Day in the books! 🎉

This week, our newest Propel participants stepped onto Delta Headquarters to celebrate the beginning of their journey at Endeavor Air. Over two exciting days, they explored the Delta Flight Museum, experienced our flight simulators, toured headquarters, and connected with fellow participants, mentors, and Endeavor and Delta leaders.

We’re excited to welcome this incredible group to the Propel family and can’t wait to see where their journey takes them. Welcome aboard! 💙✈️

We recently welcomed a new class of Delta Propel participants into our Company and Scholarship Pathways! Shoutout to 49 incredible individuals preparing to take the next step into Pilot, AMT, Flight Superintendent, and our new GSE program.

Delta’s GSE (Ground Support Equipment) team fuels daily operations on the ramp from tugs and power units to the machinery that supports every aircraft at the gate. Our Propel program now offers GSE pathway for eligible Delta Air Lines employees to grow into Ground Maintenance Mechanics roles. ✈️⚙️🛠️

Behind every departure, arrival, and smooth journey is a team making it possible. Today we recognize the Aircraft Maintenance Technicians who keep us moving safely every day. Our Propel program has 7 AMT grads and many more who are already making a difference! Happy AMT day! ✈️🌎

Dragging for a cause 🔺

Delta annually hosts Jet Drag to raise money for the American Cancer Society, and we were proud to have our crew, The Propel Jet Draggers, take part in the competition. 10.5 seconds to pull a Boeing 757 25 feet is not so bad! We had an amazing time, shared lots of laughs, and were honored to support such an important cause.
