Once upon a time, like many millennials with ADHD, I had aspirations of quietly starting a blog to channel all the spontaneous thoughts flowing through my brain & wide variety of temporary special interests that inevitably led to the most random collection of life experiences and knowledge. Not as a career, just as a creative outlet.
..but alas, life happened. After working with kiddos with high sensory needs, being a life long science nerd that enjoys facilitation STEM experiences for littles, two babes of my own & all the gear and breastfeeding supplies required ensure their (our) survival, the WILD chapter of toddlerhood, diving into gentle & conscious parenting, widowhood, grief, children's grief, the mental health resources that helped in that journey, and lots of travel as a solo parent, I find myself in a season of life where I am frequently forwarding similar links to loved ones, friends, friends of friends, ect. So here is a place where I can organize it all & make it easier for everyone to access.
