What would you like to see? The City has the discretionary power to not allow us to put in a Business Incubator space which would mean we would have to put in a rental Hall instead. We would love to create local jobs and have a place for businesses to start & grow. So the option is an opportunity for forty new jobs for Atascadero or a rental hall.

Would you like to see a trail that connects El Camino Real to Paloma Park? We are proposing constructing (at our expense) a trail so that Dove Creek residents have a permanent safe path to the park. Perhaps even a bike service station (air pump/tools) and water fountain. :)

Self storage is not just about storing your personal items. About half of our customers store items for business use. With COVID we are being used for storing masks for a local distributor, restaurants are storing chairs & tables as they spread out to create more distance between tables/patrons, and we continue to store lots of business records and inventory overstock. Local storage provides local solutions.

Our goal is to help move Atascadero past being a “Bedroom Community”. With our need for staff, business co-working space, and storage that supports local business growth, we plan to directly create 50+ jobs. That means less traffic commuting out of town daily and more spending (and sales tax dollars) in Atascadero.

This is often one's perception of self storage and is what destroys the reputation of good operators. Our family prides itself in building first-in-class properties and we want to see facilities like this gone or updated. Like any other reputable business it is our responsibility to be a great neighbor.
