**Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate and maneuver moving trucks or vans, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
- Lead a team of moving crew members in packing, loading, unloading, and transporting items to and from various locations.
- Ensure all items are properly secured in the vehicle to prevent damage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Provide guidance and supervision to crew members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
